Fairview Gardens grows a small number of artisanal foods. Our signature crops include: White Asparagus, Baby Leaf Lettuce mix, Flageolet Shelling Beans, French Radishes, Dried Farmed Tomatoes, “Fully Ripe” Strawberries, Kale, Japanese Turnips, Baby Summer Squash & Specialty Peppers. Our delicious, artisanal foods have created “farm to restaurant” relationships with some of California’s finest chefs and restaurants.
