We have a maximum of 12 kids per camp with at least one
experienced staff mentor and 2 volunteers.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR 2012 SUMMER FARM CAMP:
1. Fill out Registration below, or, Download Registration Form if paying by check.
2. Download Liability Waiver and Med Form. Form is due on first day of camp.
3. CREDIT CARD: Pay below with Add to Cart button (no paypal account required).
Important: For “Add to Cart” specify one camp week at a time.
4. PAY BY CHECK: Mail or bring check, registration and liablity form to:
