Wholesale
Fairview Gardens grows a small number of artisanal foods. Our signature crops -- which include European-style white asparagus; Clementine mandarins; heirloom tomatoes; and French Filet beans -- have brought us into contact with some of California's finest chefs and restaurants. We also wholesale approximately 25,000 pounds of Hass, Fuerte and Rincon avocados each year.
