Fairview Gardens grows a small number of artisanal foods. Our signature crops include: Baby Leaf Lettuce mix, Flageolet and tongue of fire Shelling Beans, French Radishes, Dried Farmed Tomatoes, “Fully Ripe” Strawberries, Kale, Japanese Turnips, Cherimoyas, Baby Summer Squash & Specialty Peppers. Our delicious, fresh & artisanal foods have created farm to restaurant” relationships with some of California’s finest chefs and restaurants.
