On Fairview Gardens’ twelve and a half acres, we produce over one hundred different fruits and vegetables. Our emphasis is on premium flavor and quality, so we seek out and grow those varieties that taste best, and harvest them at their peak. All of our produce is grown organically, in a manner that optimizes the health of the farm’s ecosystem.
In the growing and marketing of the farm’s products, we strive to meet the needs of the local community first. The bulk of our food is sold at the Farm Stand, at area Farmer’s Markets, and to members of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.
The farm also wholesales a limited amount of produce to restaurants.
